The Nitrogen chemical plant in Severodonetskwhich is being pounded by Russian forces, has been almost destroyed by Russian missilesthe Ukrainian army announced today amid concern over the fate of the 568 civilians who have taken refuge there.
The governor of Lugansk region said today that the evacuation of civilians from the factory, without a complete ceasefire, is currently weak and dangerous due to heavy fighting and incessant bombing.
In a post on Telegram, the Sergei Gaidai He even mentioned that among the civilians who have taken refuge there are and 38 children.
“There are no intact administrative buildings on the premises of the chemical plant”he wrote and added that Ukrainian forces continue to resist Russian attacks unfolding for weeks.

According to Kyiv, a major Russian attack on the strategically important city of Slovyansk, west of Sheverodonetsk, has so far failed.
