The BBC has received more than 200 complaints about sexism, racism and bullying in the last four years.
Six were released after staff claimed to have been euthanized for reasons of age, race, religion or disability.
A Freedom of Information (FOI) request from The Sun revealed that there were 226 internal complaints.
Some female employees stated that their colleagues had been sexually harassed, while others stated that they had been abused during pregnancy or because of their sexual orientation.
According to the document, the internal disciplinary file has ended because 171 complaints have not been addressed.
The findings show that employees accused of bullying were issued 15 written warnings and colleagues accused of sexual harassment were issued 5 written warnings.
BBC whistleblowers also highlighted eight financial frauds within the company, seven BBC violations, one bullying and one sexual harassment.
However, the BBC has been trying to curb bullying and harassment since it was reported earlier this year that BBC TV presenters are required to provide “respect for service” training.
The BBC has a very popular scandal record after it was revealed that many children were being abused by big-name presenters.
While working at the BBC, Jimmy Saville, former presenter of Top of the Pops and Jim’ll FixIt, molested hundreds of children.
Meanwhile, Rolf Harris, who introduced the veterinary clinic to the BBC, was found guilty of assaulting four underage girls in 2014.
Former sportscaster Stuart Hall was found to have had 21 attack victims between 1967 and 1991. The youngest of them was just 10 years old.
Ben Wilmot, Head of Public Policy at the Institute for Human Resource Development, said:
“Managers must have the correct role model and the ability and confidence to take immediate action should a problem arise.
“We also need good communication and consistent disciplinary and grievance procedures so that if a complaint is filed, it is investigated and people know that appropriate action will be taken.”
A BBC spokesman said:
“All complaints are taken seriously and thoroughly investigated.
“If the complaint is confirmed, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken, including dismissal.”
