Three people were killed as 13 Russian missiles hit a military airport and railway infrastructure in the Kirovkhrad region of central Ukraine today, the local governor said in the meantime.
Speaking on television, Governor Andrii Raykovic said two security guards were killed at a power substation. He also said that one Ukrainian soldier was killed and nine others were wounded.
Raykovic said the strikes caused problems in the power grid, leaving a sector of the regional capital Kropyvnytskyi without electricity.
