THE Russia announced today that it destroyed a cache of foreign weapons in its district Lvivin western Ukraine, an area bordering Poland that is rarely hit by Moscow’s strikes.

“Russian high-precision missiles” destroyed a “foreign arms and ammunition depot delivered to the Kiev regime from Poland” near Radekif, in the Lviv region, the Russian military said in a statement.

The military did not provide further evidence to back up its claims, and AFP was unable to independently verify those claims.

Russian forces also report destroying four munitions depots, including one in his area Mykolife and three in his area Donetskin eastern Ukraine, as well as a fuel depot in the Mykolaiv region, according to the same source.

The Russian military also says it killed more than 50 Ukrainian soldiers during a strike targeting Mykolayfka, in the Donetsk region.

Last June, the Moscow stated that he destroyed a cache of weapons that had been delivered by the NATO in western Ukraine.
