As Manolis Kostidis reports, according to the Turkish media, various scenarios are being considered given that the F-16 agreement with the US is being delayed. “They won’t give it to us in the time period we want. They won’t give us the F-16s before 2027“, assessed Turkish Brigadier General Ozgur Tor, speaking to the Haber Global channel.

In this period until 2027, the Hellas will begin receiving F-35s, while it will have already modernized all its F-16s and received all Rafale.

So, as the media report, the possibility of Turkey turning to the solution of Eurofighter or Russian or Chinese fighters.

However, even if Turkey buys the Russian fighter jets now, it will take 10 years to receive them, as explained by Manolis Kostidis.

At the same time, the Turkish press returns with new publication about the arrival of refugees in Evros.

Specifically, according to the Milliyet newspaper, a convoy of refugees and immigrants is gathering in Andrianoupoli. There is, as he writes, a lot of traffic in the bus stations and on the streets of the city with Afghan Syrians and Palestinians.
