Zakharova clarifies: Russia is not changing its position on the Cyprus issue – It is not acting vindictively

Russia does not change its well-known position on the Cyprus issue and “unlike the collective West” does not think with conceptual categories such as “revenge” or “punishment”, said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova in response to a question of KYPE.
