“We see Russia mobilizing more conscripts and moving more weapons to Ukraine,” Ukrainian Foreign Minister said
The Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba made it clear on Saturday that the “war continues” following his country’s success in recapturing Kherson (south) from the Russian army.
“But the war continues,” Kouleba told reporters in Phnom Penh, during a bilateral meeting with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese on the sidelines of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit.
“I understand that everyone wants this war to end as soon as possible. We’re certainly the ones who wish for it more than anyone else,” he said. But, Kuleba added, as the war continues and we see Russia mobilizing more troops and transporting more guns in Ukraine, we will certainly continue to count on your continued support.
The Australian prime minister said the continued “targeting of Ukrainian civilians by Vladimir Putin’s forces is reprehensible”.
