The amendment concerns the postponement of the operation of the stores, which could not operate, based on article 19 of Law 4989/2022 on Sunday, November 6, due to the expected extraordinary and intense weather phenomena.
“The operation of commercial stores is allowed on Sunday, November 27, 2022, throughout the Territory, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The date of the optional operation can be postponed by decision of the Minister of Development and Investments”.
This is foreseen in an amendment of the Ministry of Development and Investments, submitted to the bill entitled “Incorporation of Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 17, 2019 regarding the accessibility requirements of products and services and other urgent provisions for the development enhancement”.
The amendment concerns the postponement of the operation of the stores, which could not operate, based on article 19 of Law 4989/2022 on Sunday, November 6, due to the expected extraordinary and intense weather phenomena.
At the same time, an authorization is provided for the transfer of the above date, in case a serious reason arises.
