Another 23 were injured – The cause of the accident has not been clarified
Eleven people others were also killed 23 were injured when bus fell into a ravinein eastern Bolivia, local police authorities announced.
The accident, the causes of which have not yet been clarified, occurred in the early hours of the morning on a road that connects the city of Santa Cruz with the village of Saipina.
“We have 11 dead and 23 wounded,” Oscar Medrano, the local police chief, told private TV channel Unitel.

Some of the injured are being treated at Saipina Hospital while others, whose condition was more serious, were taken to hospitals in Santa Cruz.
According to the National Institute of Statistics (INE) in 2021 in Bolivia 1,325 people were killed in traffic accidents and 11,155 were injured.
