It seems that the process for reciting or not accusing him is in the final stretch Donald Trump for interfering in the 2020 elections.

The special Atlanta state court investigating whether former Pres broke the law in his efforts to overturn the 2020 election, his work is done, according to CNN.

It is noted that special courts in the state of Georgia are not authorized to bring charges. However, a final opinion will be issued that serves as a mechanism for the court to recommend whether Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis will be able to prosecute the investigation into Trump’s election meddling. Willis may go to regular court to face charges.

Willis has already spent more than a year investigating Trump and his associates. It launched its investigation in early 2021, soon after the release of a phone call from the former president in which Trump pressured Georgia’s interior secretary Brad Raffensperger to “find” the votes needed to win the state in the presidential election.

Over time, her investigation expanded beyond Trump’s phone call to Raffensperger to include false allegations of voter fraud by state lawmakers, attempts by unauthorized people to access machine ballots in a Georgia county, and threats and harassment against the people who monitored the transparency of the electoral process.
