Dozens of open-air parties have already been set up on the country’s streets, with plenty of alcohol flowing and Brits dancing as part of the coronation celebrations – one of which featured Prince William and Kate.
The party in Britain after the coronation of King Charles III yesterday is going well. The streets of Britain are still full of people enjoying the set meals. It is estimated, according to the Guardian website, that more than 67,000 meals have been organized over the weekend.
In addition, there are dozens of open-air parties that have already been set up in the country’s streets, with plenty of alcohol flowing and Brits dancing. These meals are overseen by the Eden Project, which is an educational charity and visitor attraction based in Cornwall.
A Palace spokeswoman said the large meals would be held until Monday (08/05) “in a nationwide act of celebration and friendship”. In Britain tomorrow Monday is also a public holiday due to the coronation.
And despite the fact that King Charles III and Queen Camilla will not be attending any of these meals as announced by the Palace, Prince William and Kate Middleton suddenly appeared before the crowd gathered in Windsor, pleasantly surprising them attendees. In fact, one little girl was moved to see the Princess of Wales in front of her, with Kate leaning over and hugging her, DailyMail reports.
