H Jade Jaggerjewelry designer and daughter of the singer of Rolling Stones Mick Jagger has been fined around £1,250 after being convicted of resisting the authorities and assaulting police officers in an incident which took place in Ibiza on Wednesday.

Her boyfriend Anthony Hinkson has been jailed for four months for assault – but is not expected to be jailed because sentences of less than two years are usually automatically suspended in Spain for first-time offenders.

Police were called to La Oliva restaurant in Ibiza Old Town on Wednesday night after Jade, daughter of the Rolling Stones star, got into a fight with staff there.

The man accompanying Jade Jagger became aggressive towards the waiters and the pair were kicked out of the restaurant. As he continued to hurl abuse from the street, the police were called. When officers arrived, the man resisted while Jagger attacked them, scratching and punching them.

A Spanish court today convicted Hinkson of assaulting a police officer outside the restaurant and Jake of resisting arrest and injuring a police officer.

A judicial official said the Court in Ibiza held a fast-track trial following a plea deal against AW and JJ who were arrested on Wednesday in Ibiza.

“The judge convicted AW of the assault offense and sentenced him to four months in prison. The same judge has fined JJ for one count of serious resisting and one count of wounding.

“The fine for the first offense is 10 euros daily to be paid within four months and for the second it is a 20-day fine at 10 euros per day. JJ must also compensate her victim with 800 euros »

The officer reportedly injured her wrist in the incident.
