“Negotiations are ongoing with the Azeri side under the auspices of Russian peacekeepers to organize the withdrawal of the troops and ensure the return to their homes of the citizens displaced by the military attack,” the authorities of the region said.

The parties also discuss “the entry and exit process” of Nagorno-Karabakh citizens through a unique route, the Lachin Corridorwhich connects it to Armenia, they added.
