Hundreds of people injured in Monday’s explosion at a fuel tank in Nagorno-Karabakh have suffered burns, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) announced today.

The Armenian authorities of the enclave stressed earlier today that 20 people were killed by the explosion, 290 were injured and dozens of them “are still in critical condition”.
The ICRC said it is providing medical aid to those who have suffered burns and evacuating people in ambulances.
She added that overcrowded hospitals and traffic problems were hampering her business.
