The woman is one among many Americans who have not had time to leave the country.
Rebecca has been keeping her family and friends updated through her social media posts with her latest post stating: “any way to leave israel earlier than planned on thursday…any suggestions? Please do not refer me to an embassy or echelon. It’s not useful right now.”
