Journalist Trey Ying called what he saw at the kibbutz “hell on earth”
FOX News Correspondent Trey Yingst near the Gaza Strip showed the painful consequences of the Hamas terror attack on an Israeli community in Be’eri where killed more than 100 people.
He called what he saw “hell on earth”.
Specifically, the journalist showed the camera the interior of a house that was full of bullets and corpses.
“You can see the floors that are covered in blood” he said. “It was Saturday morning, around 7 am, when Hamas fighters invaded this village. You can see the weapons they brought with them, extra ammunition, bullet holes in the side of the house and knives on the floor.”
We entered the town of Be’eri with the Israeli army. 10% of the community was slaughtered by Hamas. A Major General told us on-camera that people were found without heads. Others with hands tied behind their backs. Don’t look away. pic.twitter.com/1bva9ilLwz

“The community has been completely destroyed. It looks like some of the buildings were hit with RPGs, explosives. He also said he saw “beds covered in blood” as residents had been murdered in their beds.

“The neighborhood of horror”
He continued: “It’s a community where we saw breakfast plates on the tables. We saw refrigerators like we would see anywhere else in the world with pictures of small children. We saw bicycles and ceiling fans still working inside the house and beds soaked in blood. We saw weapons thrown by these militants everywhere. You can see some of their vehicles right outside. It’s the house of horrors behind me and the whole neighborhood is just like that.”
“We passed the area where the music festival took place, where 260 innocent people were killed”added Yingst.
“You could smell the stench of death in the air and driving, and as we approached this kibbutz, where so many families were slaughtered in their homes.”
Fox News notes that about 1,000 people lived in the community before Hamas murdered more than 100.
“Israeli officer stated that many of the families were massacred in their beds and shelters while some were beheaded”, Yingst reported. Others were executed with bare hands.
“It’s the most horrible thing I’ve ever seen”commented Yingst.
IDF soldiers fought for eight hours to drive Hamas out of the camp, going door-to-door to kill the terrorists, and managed to free him on Sunday.
