THE Israeli army preparing for one “ground maneuver” in the Gaza Stripbut nothing “hasn’t been decided yet”a military spokesman said today, the sixth day of the war sparked by Hamas’ unprecedented attack on Israel on Saturday.
“We are preparing for the next stages of the war,” Lt. Col. Richard Hecht said in an online news conference.
“It could be by air, it could be by sea and air together. We are waiting to see what our political officials will ultimately decide, (but) that has not been decided yet,” the officer added.
“I know you’re hearing some statements, that hasn’t been decided yet, but we’re preparing for a ground maneuver, should that be decided,” Colonel Hecht continued.
