The WSJ reports that it has obtained the relevant correspondence, from which it appears that the US subsidiary of Israel’s Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, Rafael USA, will deliver the bombs to the defense systems parent company for use by the Israeli Armed Forces (IDF). .
