Shannen Doherty talks about the Baywatch actor who helped her during her eight-year battle with cancer.
According to the Daily Mail, the ’90s star’s co-star David Charvette gave her some much-needed advice when she was feeling “lost”.
The 52-year-old actress revealed how David, now 51, contacted her and put her in touch with the oncologist who saved his father’s life before Shannen was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015.

Shannen was diagnosed with cancer in 2015.
The disease went into remission in 2017.
However, the cancer returned in 2019 and the actor revealed in 2020 that he was battling stage four cancer.
“I don’t want to die,” said the 52-year-old star in a shocking confession.
As she continues to receive treatment, Doherty is more determined than ever to keep moving forward.
“I’m not done with life. I’m not done with love. I’m not done creating. I’m not done changing things for the better,” he says with a smile.
