A 23-year-old woman was shot dead a well-known model in Ecuador, last Sunday while she was with her partner in a restaurant.
The local media broadcast a video in which the 23-year-old can be seen talking carelessly with her partner. Suddenly, two assailants burst in and shoot her with a gun, causing the girl to fall to the floor.
According to the Associated Press the unfortunate girl, whose name was Parraga, participated in the Miss Ecuador 2022 pageant and was crowned second beauty queen.
Her name had been linked to a notorious criminal, who was trying to keep their relationship a secret.

In a message sent to reporters by the police and without specifying details, it was stated that the violent death of Landy Párraga, 23, occurred on Sunday afternoon in the town of Quevedo, 139 kilometers southwest of the capital.
For its part, the Public Prosecutor’s Office reported on the X social network that the homicide occurred in a commercial store after an armed attack.
