American linguist Noam Chomsky, a highly influential intellectual for decades, was released from hospital in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on Tuesday and will continue his “treatment” at home, the health authority announced, denying rumors that he had died. Internet.

According to Folha de São Paulo newspaper, Mr Chomsky was hospitalized in the Brazilian city after suffering a stroke in June last year. It has left him with right hemiplegia.
