British police said there was no indication that the planned attack on a Taylor Swift concert in Vienna would have repercussions for her concerts at London’s Wembley Stadium next week.

The three canceled concerts in Vienna were due to attract crowds of 195,000 today, tomorrow and Saturday.

“There is nothing to suggest that the matters being investigated by the Austrian authorities will have an impact on the upcoming events here in London,” said a spokesman for London’s Metropolitan Police.

It is recalled that Taylor Swift canceled three concerts in Vienna after Austrian authorities arrested two people accused of planning terrorist attacks on large-scale gatherings, including the singer’s concerts in the European capital.

One of the suspects is a 19-year-old man believed to be a member of the Islamic State group, authorities said. The suspect, an Austrian national originally from North Macedonia, was arrested on Wednesday in the town of Ternitz.
