Six people were injured from knife attack that took place in the central city of Hadera in Israel on Wednesday morning which was described by the Israeli police as “terrorist”.
The assailant, who was riding a moped when he stabbed passers-by, then fled. However, the police identified and then neutralized the perpetrator.
According to local emergency services, some of the victims of the attack have been seriously injured, others have moderate injuries and others seriously.
Specifically, the agency reported that medics treated and transported six people with stab wounds to the city’s Hillel Yaffe Medical Center. Two people aged 30 and 50 are in serious condition, while a 70-year-old is in moderate condition. Also, three are hospitalized in serious condition.
The attacker attacked and stabbed bystanders at four different locations before fleeing.
The authorities initially stated that it was probably not a terrorist incident, however, later and after an investigation they conducted a review.
