The US government is the first supporter of Israel’s actions and the world is waiting for the promise of the new government of this country to immediately end the wars, Iran’s vice president said
“The world expects” the administration of US President-elect Donald Trump to “immediately” end Israel’s wars in Gaza and Lebanon, Iran’s First Vice-President Mohammad Reza Aref said today at a summit of Arab and Muslim countries that held in Riyadh.
“The American government is the first supporter of the actions of the Zionist regime (Israel), and the world is waiting for the promise of the new government of this country to immediately end the war against the innocent populations in Gaza and Lebanon,” Aref said.
The Iranian official also described the killings of the leaders of the Palestinian Hamas and the Lebanese Hezbollah by Israel as “organized terrorism”.
“Operations labeled with the misleading expression ‘targeted killings’, during which Palestinian elite officials and leaders of other countries in the region were killed one by one or en masse, are nothing more than organized terrorism,” Mohammad Reza Aref said.
