A demonstration in Kherson, in southern Ukraine, which has been occupied by Russian forces, was broken up today by machine gun fire and tear gas, injuring at least one person, according to a video released by two local media outlets.
The videos show protesters marching towards the center of Freedom Square and at the same time soldiers approaching them before opening fire.

Videos taken from at least two different street corners then show dozens of protesters running away in the middle of a fire.
These images were published on social media by two local media, Souspilné Novini and Most Kherson.
One of the videos shows a man being transported while bleeding from his leg, with a voice stating that he was injured by the explosion of a flash-bomb.
