The Russian tycoon Oleg Deripaska said today that US President Joe Biden’s speech in Warsaw showed that a kind of “devilish ideological mobilization” was under way, which could lead to a protracted conflict in Ukraine.
Deripaska, founder of the Russian aluminum giant Rusal, who had previously called for peace, said his personal view was that the conflict in Ukraine was a “madness” that could embarrass future generations.
