A US Texas woman was sentenced to five years in prison for attempting to drown a three -year -old girl of Palestinian descent in May 2024 – an attack with a racist motivation, as police had underlined.

According to court documents citing CBS television network and Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Judge Anti -porter condemned the 43 -year -old Elizabeth Woolfwhich confessed to her guilt for attempted homicide and bodily harm.

The incident occurred in a compartment complex pool in the city Yulis of Texas. Wolf quarreled with a mother in the pool with her two children, a three -year -old baby girl and a six -year -old baby boy. After asking to learn the family’s origin, Wolf tried to drown the little girl in the pool and grab the baby boy, according to the police report.

The mother pulled her three -year -old daughter out of the water and on the ground rushed to rescuers who offered first aid to the children.
