Peter Till launched a fierce attack on Warren Buffett, Jamie Damon and Larry Fink, calling them “the old men of economics.”
The reason for the criticism of the billionaire businessman was Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general, for which the three men who were in his sights have expressed their doubts.
In the opposite of “old age” there is a “revolutionary youth movement” that embraces Bitcoin and crypto, in which 54-year-old Till seems to belong.
In his opening remarks at the Bitcoin 2022 conference, the PayPal founder tossed out some banknotes to the public and blamed the “old-fashioned” for the digital currency’s failure to reach $ 100,000.
In fact, Peter Till did not mince his words and called 91-year-old Warren Buffett, founder of Berkshire Hathaway, “sociopathic grandfather” and “number one enemy” of Bitcoin.
He then presented a photo of Buffett writing “rat poison” below – the word Berskshire chief had used in the past for Bitcoin.
Another image showed Buffett’s statement “I do not have and am not going to acquire (cryptocurrencies)”. Berkshire, however, as Till recalled, has invested $ 1 billion this year in Nubank, Brazil, an online bank that is hugely popular with cryptocurrency investors.

For the 66-year-old CEO of JPMorgan and the 69-year-old head of Blackrock, Till had to say that in addition to the elderly, they are also “biased bankers in New York.”
At the same time, he accused Buffett, Damon and Fink of using their investments in ESG and “woke companies” as a “hate factory” to undermine Bitcoin.
Till, 54, also attacked a number of central bankers, including Fed chief Jerome Powell.
“Mr. Powell and people like him should thank Bitcoin because it is the last warning they will receive. “They have chosen to ignore it and will pay the consequences in the coming years.”
