The first foreign leader to speak at Parliament of Ukraine becomes today the Boris Johnson.

Mr Johnson will add: “This is the best time of Ukraine, an epic chapter in your national history that will be remembered and narrated for future generations. “Your children and grandchildren will say that the Ukrainians have taught the world that the brutal violence of an attacker does not count at all against the moral strength of a people determined to be free.”.
As for military support package to be announced, will include more than a dozen military-adapted type vehicles Toyota Landcruiser for the protection of political officials in eastern Ukraine and the evacuation of civilians from areas on the front line. The shipment of these vehicles satisfies an explicit request of the Ukrainian government.
