Texas: More than 5,000 People Injured at Travis Scott Concert Last Fall

In deadly tragedythe chaos caused by spectators fainting and being trampled on Astroworld Music Festival in Texas last year resulted in injury approximately 5,000 people.

Some of the injured had to be treated, according to a court statement that is part of the lawsuits against the organizers of the Festival.

The lawyers of the thousands of people who are suing the organizers of Astroworld said more than 700 injured were in need of medical treatment, while 1,600 were less seriously injured.

Injuries to another 2,500 people are still being investigated, lawyers said.

Ten people lost their liveswhen a crowd of fans rushed to the stage at the Festival at the NRG Stadium in Houston, on November 5, as the concert of rapper Travis Scott had begun.

Hundreds of lawsuits have been filed against Scott, the organizer of Live Nation, the screening company Scoremore LLC and others, just days after the tragedy with allegations of gross negligence and failure to plan and secure the concert.

Earlier this month, Scott appeared in public for the first time since his Astroworld concert when he took to the stage. Billboard Awards stage.
