The Ministry of Citizenship will release this month the result of the disputes regarding the monthly payment of the last installment of emergency aid, whose regular payment ended on Friday (19).

The folder says that the results of the appeals of those who had the seventh — and last — installment denied will be disclosed individually and payments for challenges accepted by the government must also be made by November 30th.

The payment of the last installment of the benefit started to be paid to the Bolsa Família public on October 18th and to other workers –informal, self-employed, unemployed and MEIs (Individual Micro-entrepreneurs)–, the money was released for withdrawal on 1st of November.

The portion of the 2021 phase of emergency aid ranged from R$150, for people living alone, to R$375, which is the case for mothers who are the heads of the family. The other subscribers received R$250.

The program covered families with income, per person, of up to half the minimum wage (R$550) and total monthly income of up to three minimum wages (R$3,300). For the Bolsa Família public, the most advantageous benefit was paid, either through the income transfer program or the aid.

Without the extension of emergency aid, it is estimated that at least 22 million people were left without receiving any benefits. It is estimated that of the 25.1 million workers who received subsistence allowances in the pandemic, 90% are without any assistance.

On the other hand, those who were from Bolsa Família started to receive, automatically, last Wednesday (17th) through the Auxílio Brasil program. However, other people who were not part of the cash transfer program still do not know if they will receive any assistance.

Families who meet the requirements must be registered and keep the data updated in the CadÚnico to try to receive the money. From there, the Ministry of Citizenship will select new beneficiaries for the program on a monthly basis. Click here and see how to consult Auxílio Brasil
