The olive oil brand Andorinha wants to expand its consumer public by putting on the market an oil for babies from six months, who are still having their first meals.
According to the company, the oil is suitable for the age group because it is produced with organic olives and has a maximum acidity of 0.3%.
Olive oil consumption in the Brazilian market grew by more than 15% between 2017 and 2021, but it is still low compared to other countries.
The company sees room for growth in Brazil, which occupies the seventh position, far from the largest consumers in the world ranking, led by the European Union, Turkey and China.
