PicPay created a security channel to guide its customers to protect themselves from theft and violation of personal data.
According to the company, the objective is to have a didactic platform and reduce the steps to access the service channel when users have security problems.
The content was posted on the PicPay blog, a space that concentrates fintech financial education material.
The material was divided by topics and most common questions from victims in fraud cases. Topics such as fake boleto, WhatsApp scams, secure payment methods, FGTS scam and others are on the information list.
There are also guidelines for customers who have changed their cell phone and need to transfer authorization to the new device.
