Piraeus Bank: At 200,000 euros the compensation in the voluntary withdrawal program SKY

A voluntary retirement program, with compensation that can reach 200,000 euros, Piraeus Bank announced today.

The program, according to bank sources, is aimed at specific units and employees who meet defined criteria, has been designed in a socially responsible way and includes important benefits for the employee who will choose it and his family, in order to offer them the greatest possible avail.

It is addressed to units where their main object is limited due to changes in the Bank’s operating model due to technological developments and digitization, as well as to employees employed in geographical areas where there is a mismatch between market needs and existing staffing.

The deadline for submission of interest will end on November 30, while employees who will show interest until November 15 will be rewarded with an additional amount of compensation.

Piraeus Bank, as it is emphasized, implements a methodical program of corporate transformation in order to maintain and strengthen its leadership role, in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
