How are the winnings paid out?
1. The payment of prizes is made by the Independent Public Revenue Authority. The cash prizes are credited to the payment account that the interested party has declared or will declare for this purpose in AADE’s myAADE, in the “Register and Contact” option, and in which he is required to appear as a beneficiary.
2. The citizens who are drawn and have not declared a payment account, are given a period of three (3) months from the day after the date of the draw, in order to declare to AADE, the account to which they wish to have the prize money credited.
In this case, the amount is credited free of charge, after the declaration of the payment account.
3. In the event that a payment account is not declared within the above deadline, the amount of money corresponding to the prize is considered unallocated for the purposes of implementing the second paragraph of paragraph 3 of article 5 hereof. Any amount of money corresponding to a prize is also considered unavailable for the application of the same provision, in the event of the winner’s death in a time prior to the payment of the prizes.
4. Prizes are in any case personal and the right to receive them is not transferable or inheritable.
