DYPA: The platform for the emergency financial aid of 250 euros is open until tomorrow – Beneficiaries

Until tomorrow, Thursday December 22, the platform will remain open for the one-time emergency financial aid, amounting to 250 euros, to be paid by the Public Employment Service (DYPA) to non-subsidized long-term unemployed who have completed 12-24 months of continuous unemployment.

It is clarified that only those who were long-term unemployed for more than 12 and up to 24 months on 30/11/2022 can enter the platform and register an IVAN.

According to a related announcement, no supporting documents are required, and there is no reason to attend the Employment Promotion Centers (KPA2) of DYPA.

In particular, the platform remains accessible based on the last digit of the VAT number as follows:

• Last digit of VAT number 5, 6, 7, 8, 9: Wednesday 21/12 until 23:59.
• All TINs: Thursday 22/12 and time 00:01 to 23:59.

Beneficiaries are the long-term unemployed who meet all the following conditions:

• They were registered in the DYPA register for more than 12 and up to 24 months on 30/11/2022.
• They are not entitled to any other benefit, allowance, aid or support of the DYPA, the Minimum Guaranteed Income and the financial benefits granted to people with disabilities or the child benefit.
• They meet the income criteria of the heating allowance 2021, in the tax year 2021, i.e. up to 14,000 euros for singles, 20,000 euros for married people, plus 3,000 euros for each child, or 23,000 euros for a single-parent family, plus 3,000 euros for each child.

The procedure for paying the aid is as follows:

• The potential beneficiaries enter the platform, with the TaxisNet codes, at the address: https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/ergasia-kai-asphalise/anergia/ektakte-oikonomike-eniskhuse-se-makrokhronia-anergous.
• They register or update their bank account details (IBAN) for the payment of the aid, as well as their marital status.
• DYPA checks the fulfillment of the conditions, through cross-checking with the data of competent bodies (AADE, IDIKA, GGPSDD).
• The payment of the aid is made automatically to the accounts of the beneficiaries, which are credited within three working days.
