The law firm Punder Advogados announced this Wednesday (1st) that the lawyer Patricia Punder preferred to waive her appointment as an expert in the case of search and seizure of Americanas documents opened in the São Paulo Court against the retailer at the end of January.
Last week, the São Paulo State Court of Justice ordered the seizure of all corporate emails from Americanas executives and board members over the last ten years and had named Punder and Ernst & Young as experts in accounting and evidence. forensic experts to work on the case requested by Bradesco.
But on Wednesday, the lawyer’s office said she had resigned due to disagreement between the parties over fees, “potential future attempt to interfere with the pillars of independence and impartiality in forensic services and for reasons of personal integrity”.
The office did not elaborate on what it called possible interference in the tabulation process.
