– The imposition of a fine 5,000 euros to the company PROODEFTIKI SA, due to delayed publication and submission to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission of its annual financial report for the year 1.1.2020-31.12.2020.
– The acceptance of request for treatment of Mr. Nikolaos Koulis and the revocation of his decision 8/923 / 22.07.2021, by which he had been fined 10,000 euros, in the capacity of the independent non-executive member of the BoD. of MLS INFORMATICS SA, for violation of the prohibition of market manipulation, through the annual financial statements for the year 2018.
