- Chalandriou
- Glyfada
- Piraeus
- Ithaca
- Karpathos
- Loutrakiou
- Symis
- Rhodes
- Astypalea
- Tower
According to Ms. Harbali since the prices are very high, it is estimated that the corrections in real estate prices will be downwards.
In total, objections to reduce the objective prices had been submitted by 169 municipalities of the country, including the Municipality of Athens, but only those for 12 municipalities were approved.
“There are special properties, such as some with a view of the Acropolis or the sea, which do not determine the prices” he explained and added “the salaries of the country do not correspond to the prices of the properties. For foreigners, we are still very economical.”
