Conversely, the time for the expiry of the deadline that gives the beneficiaries of the child allowance to receive the second installment of the aid and together retroactively. The online platform will remain open until Wednesday, giving the opportunity to those who have lost the original deadline to now claim the subsidy. Indeed, if their request is approved, they will receive the dose they lost retrospectively.
Specifically, the beneficiaries of the A21 Child Braise for 2025 may submit their application to the HIPPA platform www.idika.gr or through the website www.opeka.gr, using personal passwords to taxisnet.
Applications for the second installment and retrospectively
The platform will remain open and will receive new applications by Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 6 pm.
Applications can be submitted by those who have not done so far and therefore lost the payment of the first year for this year. The aid already given is not lost and paid retroactively.
The eligible amount will be calculated on the basis of the dependent children stated in the A21 application of 2025 and the total family income that the beneficiaries had in the tax year 2023.
Following the submission of this year’s income tax return, the income of the tax year 2024 will be taken into account for the calculation of the eligible amount.
Among the conditions that will be checked for the child allowance are: Attendance of dependent children in compulsory education – from pre -infant to high school – as well as adequacy of attendance.
In the A21 application must be registered in the relevant fields:
• The details of the school unit,
• The class and registry number of the child attending compulsory education.
If all the details of the student are crossed, the application may proceed normally. If they do not cross, there is a note and the applicant is required to attach the necessary supporting documents to the A21 electronic application.
To complete the application must be submitted permanently and have been approved. Application that has been temporarily stored shall be considered non -submitted and not taken into account.
Finally the cash for child allowance
From the next payment of the A21 Allowance, however, at the end of May the payment season ends: Beneficiaries should have obtained a prepaid card, which will be credited with half the amount of the allowance, with the other half entering the bank account normally.
In order to repay the beneficiaries of the children’s bonus allowance, therefore, until then they must do the relevant procedures for the issuance of a prepaid card.
Specifically, the process of issuing the prepaid card is done through a new Integrated Information System (IIS), which has been created specifically for the needs of the program (https://prepaid.minscfa.gov.gr/).
The Information System is interoperating with the DBA and OPECA databases and recovers IBAN and the address you have already stated in your applications for benefits.
You will then be sent an email to enter the new system within five (5) days to check the correctness of the data and, if you wish, to change them.
If you do not take any action within the aforementioned period, your application is submitted with the information recovered by the bodies (DIPAA and/or OPECA) to the IBAN payment service provider.
The payment service provider proceeds to check the application and then issuing and sending the prepaid card.
