Banco do Brasil customers are reporting difficulties accessing their accounts through the app and using bank cards.
The online services monitoring website Downdetector recorded a peak of notifications about the bank on Friday night (25), with 990 complaints reported until 23:10 this Friday (25).
According to reports on social networks, credit and debit payments made with BB cards are being refused and the login to the bank’s application is down, which makes it impossible to use the services.
When contacted, Banco do Brasil did not respond until the publication of this text.
