A new series of radio documentaries by 100.3 dedicated to 100 years since the Asia Minor Catastrophe with Ari Portosaltestarts from Saturday August 6 and every Saturday, at 9 am.

Acclaimed professors and historical scholars responsibly discuss and give their own answers to a series of critical questions about the Hellenism of Asia Minor and the factors that led to the destruction, the end of the Great Idea and the refugee: What percentage of the population consisted of Greeks, the Ottoman Empire? Why did Venizelos consent to the sending of the Greek army to Smyrna? Why was the Liberal Party defeated in the 1920 election?

What was the attitude of the Great Powers towards the Asia Minor campaign? How successful was the rehabilitation of the hundreds of thousands of refugees in the years after the Asia Minor disaster?
