Jane Fonda she stated that at 84 years old she knows she doesn’t have much time left in her life and feels like she’s ready to go. The “Grace And Frankie” actress told “Entertainment Tonight” in an interview that she’s just being realistic about her future as she has more time behind her than in front of her and that she won’t be around much longer.

The mother-of-three, who is a two-time Oscar winner and activist, gushed that she has had a great life.

“When you get to my age, you better be aware of the time behind you as opposed to the time ahead. This is just realistic,” said the actress.

“I’m not afraid to leave, I’m ready, I’ve had a great life.” Fonda added that she’s not looking forward to leaving, but knows she’s not “immortal.” “No, that I want to leave, but I know it will be sooner rather than later.”

In September, Jane Fonda revealed that she had been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma is a type of cancer.

She wrote on Instagram: “This is a curable cancer. 80% of people survive, so I feel very lucky. I am also lucky because I have health insurance and access to the best doctors and treatments. I realize, and it’s painful, that I’m privileged in this.”

She also revealed that she will be throwing a party for her 85th birthday in December.
