Marriage to actress Meghan Markle may even be the central motto of the documentary series “Harry & Meghan”, recently released by Netflix. But the youngest son of King Charles III also talks about other episodes of life as a member of the royal family. One was his going to a costume party in 2005 dressed as a Nazi officer.
“It was probably one of the biggest mistakes of my life and I felt very ashamed afterwards,” acknowledged Harry, who was 20 at the time. He recalled that he received a punishment from his father shortly after the controversy: visiting the facilities of the concentration camp in Auschwitz, Poland, and watching the movie “Schindler’s List” (1993). Harry also met with a Holocaust survivor.
“I could have ignored and made the mistake over and over again in my life, but I learned from that experience. I learned a lot”, said Harry in one of the first episodes of the production. This Thursday (8) three chapters were released. Next Thursday, December 15, the last six chapters of the documentary will be released.
Another good moment of “Harry & Meghan”, were the images of the celebration of the first birthday of the eldest son of the two Archie, today, with 3 years. They are also parents to 1-year-old Lilibet Diana. The “simple” and “happy” party took place in May 2020, five months after the couple resigned from their roles in British royalty.
