On the occasion of the 100th birthday of the unique creator Stan LeeMarvel announced that in 2023 it will present a documentary about his life from the Disney platform.

She wrote in her post: “100 years of dreams. 100 years in the making. 100 Years of Stan Lee’ and shared a teaser trailer featuring his brief appearances in various Marvel films. He is the only one who has appeared in all the movies starring his favorite superheroes.

Lee helped create some of the greatest comic book superheroes, including Spider-Man, the X-Men, Thor, Iron Man and Black Panther. The son of two poor Jewish immigrants from Romania, he began his career in the comics industry in 1939, with the help of his uncle Robbie Solomon, as an assistant at the then newly formed Timely Comics, where a few years later, it would be called Marvel Comics.

In 2008 he was awarded the National Medal of Arts, the highest artistic honor in the US. He passed away on November 12, 2018, a month before his 96th birthday after years of ill health.
