Regina Duarte says that relatives avoid meeting her and disdains: ‘Nothing lasts forever’

Regina Duarte, 75, woke up early this Wednesday (18) to celebrate the two-year anniversary of her granddaughter Isabel, daughter of the youngest and television director João Gomez with actress Talita Younan. She published a photo in which she appears with a cone-style hat, typical at children’s parties, and revealed that the celebration would feature a small part of the family.

Echoes of a happy day: Isabel completes two years of life this month surrounded by friends and their families, her great-grandmother, her great-grandfather, her 2 grandmothers, her godmothers, her brothers, dad, mom… and the entire family tree present and absent too”, began the actress implying that some relatives have moved away from her lately.

She then continued venting: “In this hard life, nothing lasts forever, not even the most resistant stones. Did I forget any details?”, she wrote. Regina Duarte’s fans immediately understood the actress’s message and called her distancing from family members who, supposedly, do not accept her political position “deliverance”.

“Thank God, Regina! Relatives like that are deliverances when they’re not around”, commented a follower. “Better alone than poorly accompanied”, advised another internet user and the third added: “Being alone does not always mean loneliness.”

She then posted a new post still lamenting the result of the polls in the last elections of 2022. The actress has always been one of the most active supporters of Jair Bolsonaro on the networks. In addition to family members, Regina knows that she has also become persona non grata for some co-workers.

Recently, Gabriela Duarte, daughter of the actress, condemned the acts of vandalism that took place on January 8, in Brasilia, while Regina came out in defense of the former president.
