By next year, it is estimated that the VIP Exclusive Club – the ultra-luxurious resort that Dmitry Rybolovlev is building in Scorpio, will be ready to welcome the elite guests.

As reported by the British media, it is a 60-bedroom luxury resort, divided into 9 James Bond-style buildings, with a helipad, spa, superyacht marina, stables, soccer field, and even an amphitheatre.

In fact, as reported by the British newspaper The Art Newspaper – Rybolovlev may move his art collection there.

The contemporary, even futuristic designs were drawn up by the Norwegian architectural office Snøhetta – the same that undertook the design of the new Library of Alexandria in Egypt, the first underwater restaurant in Europe and the headquarters of the newspaper Le Monde in Paris.

The homes that will be developed will be cave-like with the aim of being in full harmony with the environment, ensuring privacy and unlimited views to Meganisi and the Televoid islands complex.

The plans also call for the construction of a presidential suite (master suite) where the Rybolovlev family will stay when they visit the island, about ten large and medium-sized villas and the so-called Hill House.

For the family, there will be a separate beach.

The resort will be available for weekly rental to VIP guests for between €950,000 and €1.8 million.

Additionally, no more than 50 visitors will be allowed on the island.
