Kevin Costner is accusing his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, of charging his credit card to finance their divorce.

The 68-year-old “Yellowstone” star claims in new court documents that Christine Baumgartner, 49, spent $95,000 of his money “without prior notice” to lawyers and accountants, according to the Daily Mail.

Costner claims his estranged wife is violating their prenuptial agreement, the details of which his ex reportedly wants to make public. The “Bodyguard” star, who has a net worth of $250 million, fears that releasing his financial details will make him a target for fraudsters and burglars while also not wanting the media attention.

In addition to using his money without his consent, Costner is reportedly still trying to convince Baumgartner to move out of their $145 million home in Carpinteria, California.

The “Let Him Go” star claims, according to the documents, that the model is refusing to leave their home – despite the fact that the prenuptial agreement specifically states that she must vacate their home within 30 days and that she will she is given a $1.2 million property to live somewhere else.

Baumgartner filed for divorce from Costner in May after 18 years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences” at the time. She reportedly asked for joint custody of their three children, Cayden, 15, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 12, but not spousal support due to the terms of the prenuptial agreement.

The actor’s entourage reports that Costner did not want a divorce and therefore declares that he is “surprised” and “disappointed”, as he still “loves his wife and his children.
Despite speculation of infidelity that caused the split due to a related scandal of Costner’s in the past, the actor’s entourage denies the specific rumors and cites the actor’s busy schedule as the reason.
