Actor Marco Pigossi and Italian filmmaker Marco Calvani got married last Tuesday (26). The merger was done in a civil manner. The couple made their union official in a discreet and intimate ceremony at the actor’s apartment, located in the west zone of São Paulo.
Pigossi and Calvani have been together since 2021, when they publicly announced their relationship during Thanksgiving in the United States, where they also work together.
The information was given by Band. At the time, Marco Pigossi shared a photo on his Instagram story walking hand in hand with his partner on the beach and wrote: “Shocking a total of zero people.”
It was the first time that the artist disclosed a same-sex relationship. Marco Calvani is the older brother of actor Luca Calvani, known for Netflix series and films.
Marco has already done work such as the series “Best Place” and “The View From Up Here”, both from 2017. He currently owns a cultural center in Rome, the capital of Italy.
Last week, Pigossi revealed that he had plans to make the union official. “We have a very nice relationship and we are very happy. We have a signed document that formalizes our relationship. And we are making plans for a wedding, but nothing concrete yet. It will happen later,” he said.
