Filming on Paul Greengrass’ new film will begin in the spring
The Oscar-nominated actress, America Ferrerathato star in Paul Greengrass’ upcoming drama film, “The Lost Bus”along with Matthew McConaughey, according to an exclusive Variety report.
The film is based on Lizzie Johnson’s book, Paradise: One Town’s Struggle To Survive An American Wildfire, written by Brad Inglesby, and is about the devastating 2018 wildfires in California that killed more than 100 people and destroy most of Paradise City.

The Apple Original Films film will focus on the efforts of a driver (McConaughey) and a teacher (Ferrera) who save a school bus carrying young students during a deadly fire.
It is noted that Ferrera has received her first Oscar nomination for Supporting Actress thanks to the movie “Barbie” by Greta Gerwig (Greta Gerwig).
“The Lost Bus” will be produced by Jamie Lee Curtis, Gregory Goodman and Jason Blum.
